Game Description

Penanggal is a first person puzzle horror game where you are trapped inside a rural house and must find a way to escape.

Players play as Ann, a pregnant woman, who is searching for her sister, Ain, in a rural village. To her shock, she found her sister’s floating head trying to kill her. Now trapped inside the house, Ann must solve puzzles and uncover what happened to her sister in order to escape. Players can light up candles around the house to brighten the environment, and can hide inside wardrobe to avoid being killed.

3. Play and experience the game.

Credits

Overly Burden Studio was created by ten student game developers for their GPS2 project who are Obsessed with Malaysia Mythology and enthusiastic in making a narrative puzzle horror game, which explores the mythology of penanggal.
