Game Description 

Rough Waters is a 3D mobile 4X turn-based strategy game set in a post-flood world where mutated sea creatures and massive trees rule the waters.  You will be tasked with leading your civilization to build an empire by exploring flooded territories, unlocking resources, and expanding your reach. Face threats like the Kraken and rival factions in this adventure where every decision matters for your survival and dominance of the seas.
